Blake Kaus
Vice President & Director of Leasing
With over 25 years of industry experience, Blake Kaus knows the ins and outs of the municipal financing industry. He is responsible for the development and operations of Community Leasing Partners and has used his experience to craft programs in direct response to the needs of our customers.
Blake graduated cum laude with a Bachelor degree from Kansas State University in 1993. After college he worked as a Distribution Planner for the corporate office of Payless Shoesource for two years before joining Baystone Financial in 1995 as a Business Development Manager. In this role he developed a number of national finance programs for leading manufacturers of apparatus and equipment in the fire and rescue industry. In 1999 he was promoted to Vice President, where in addition to his hands on experience in the fire industry, he also provided finance support to vendors and manufacturers in yellow iron, public works and other rolling stock industries. As his role continued to expand at Baystone Financial he was also assigned the duty of sales manager for niche industries, increasing presence and sales results in those industries over a two year period.
Blake has been the Vice President and Director of Leasing at Community Leasing Partners since it’s inception in 2010, where he continues to work with vendors and manufacturers to provide financial solutions. He has been a key leader in developing the company into a trusted provider of municipal financing, offering a simplified customer experience with great service from beginning to end.
Dave Fike
Director - Business Development
Dave Fike draws on his 25 years of industry experience to directly assist in the development and expansion of relevant programs to meet the needs of our customers and partners.
Dave graduated with a Bachelor degree in Finance from West Virginia University in 1994. He has worked in the municipal finance industry ever since, starting out as a sales representative for a small regional municipal broker in West Virginia, then moving to a position of Sales Manager for a national brokerage company in Indianapolis, Indiana. Just prior to joining Community Leasing Partners, Dave served as the Vice President for First Bankers Corporation. He was instrumental in the growth, branding, and development of the company.
Dave's commitment to customer satisfaction and "solution focused" business philosophy is a perfect fit for the Community Leasing Partners team. He continues to work with vendors, manufacturers and direct customers to provide financial solutions, and is a key member of the leadership team assisting in all business development initiatives.
Cindy Turner
Assistant Vice President - Leasing Operations
Cindy Turner brings more than 20 years of experience to the Community Leasing Partners team. She is a valuable leader involved with the development of the division; providing operational, credit, sales, marketing, and investor relations support.
Cindy completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance at Kansas State University in 1999. She put her educational training and natural leadership qualities to use working as Vice President of Operations at Baystone Financial for ten years. She was one of the three key management team members responsible for strategic planning for business growth. She oversaw and provided assistance in all facets of the municipal lending process including credit analysis, contract issuance, investor relations, marketing and technology support.
Cindy has also gained industry experience in her role as Sales Associate at Republic First National where her primary focus was providing sales support, credit analysis and overseeing operational efficiencies. Prior to the launch of Community Leasing Partners, Cindy put her experience and skills to use working as an Independent Business Consultant providing marketing, operational and user technical support to select companies.
Overseeing day to day leasing operations, working with customers on financing quotes, credit submission, contract execution, transaction placement, and investor relations, Cindy plays a key role in keeping Community Leasing Partners up and running. She also assists with the development of programs and marketing literature for the division.
